Hi, I’m XIAO (潇), an independent event professional, worked with Ziggo Dome and AFAS Live in Amsterdam, Melbourne & Olympic Parks and FORTUNE (China), gaining experience across concerts, sports events (football, tennis, rugby, netball, basketball), conferences, forums, exhibitions, and corporate functions.

La Rosée Union" is my trial idea when I was a university student. I had opportunities to engage in various projects while studying in Bournemouth and these experiences inspired me to create a personal event brand. I chose to name my business in both French and English: "La Rosée Union" (聚荟), which holds significant meaning.

"Rosée" symbolizes dew, representing the event attendees, while "Union" signifies a gathering – the dewdrops merging into the water, forming lakes, and eventually creating rivers that flow into the ocean. La Rosée Union shares the same aspirations with all event participants. Through every event organized or executed, we strive to help them expand their communication network to achieve their goals.

Currently, I am in the process of developing the brand further, drawing from my latest experiences and knowledge gained through various collaborations. I envision La Rosée Union as a platform that will offer experimental interactions to the public in the future.
